Digital products (templates, workbooks, content calendars, downloadable files) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the file has not been downloaded. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are issued at our discretion.
Refunds are processed immediately on our end. Funds typically appear on your card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
ACH refunds take 5–10 business days to settle back to your bank account. This is a bank network requirement and cannot be expedited.
Bank transfer refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing time may vary by bank.
PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your PayPal balance or original payment source.

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at contact@creavibe.pro. We can typically resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension and may be disputed with evidence. We retain records of all transactions, delivery confirmations, and communications for a minimum of 120 days.
